Selling With Integrity!
Duration: Six – 60 minute bi-monthly sessions over 3 months (every two weeks)
This program is qualified for 3 category B CEU’s from the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario & the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland & Labrador, and 6 category PD/1 credits from the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia.
This program is delivered one on one via the telephone, with Certified Executive Coach and business relationship strategist, Kimberly Martin.
Selling is all about establishing concrete relationships with your clients while never compromising your core values.
In Selling With Integrity we will:
- Develop with you a personalized selling approach that works for you and your business
- Help you identify and utilize your natural strengths, talents, knowledge and expertise
- Identify your goals and create strategic plans to achieve them
- Help you understand your potential market and how to effectively target your approach to reach them
- Teach you the art of getting to know your clients unique needs

We will utilize our proven Five-Step Approach to Building Your Customized Business Relationship Strategy as follows:

I’ll coach you on how to get to the root of your sales reluctance so that you can be the vibrantly successful practitioner you deserve to be.
- Identify your natural strengths- Knowing what you do well makes all of your client interactions authentic and effortless. It becomes easy to interact with your clients and have selling conversations that are comfortable for you and for them too! We use the BarOnEQ-i® Emotional Intelligence assessment tool to giveyou comprehensive feedback on your natural strengths.
- Understand your market– As a solopreneur, small or mid-sized business owner, you don’t have time to waste promoting your offering to the wrong audience or in the wrong places. We’ll show you how to identify your ideal client and “speak their language” to increase your success rate in selling conversations, networking events and all client interactions.
- Define your clients unique needs - Having a clear understanding of what resonates most deeply with your clients allows you to meet their needs. This attracts to you those who will benefit most from your offering and strengthens your existing client relationships.
- Customized Selling Approach – This is where the rubber hits the road! We’ll incorporate all that you’ve learned to build a strategy for you and your business. We’ll share a framework for selling interactions that are authentic, integrity-based, and yes, even joyful! We’ll utilize your strengths, an understanding of your market and your clients’ unique needs to create an approach that fits and feels good.
